BOSS - Border Office Supplies & Systems LtdBOSS aim to offer the highest levels of service and support, value for money and to get office products and services to you when you want them. BOSS started trading in 1989 in Hereford with four people with a drive to offer a higher level of service than that which had previously been experienced in the area.
They are currently a team of 35 members, and have evolved from supplying just office supplies, to add business machines and IT to their offering.
Overview
Since its establishment in 1989 Boss evolved from trading solely in office supplies to being a major player in business machines and IT.
In order to reflect the expanded scope of the product and services range whilst re-emphasizing high quality customer service a new website need was identified.
Solution
Working closely with Boss management KC3.net was able to create a good looking functional site which interfaced with the existing on-line purchasing system while providing easily accessible information on all the company products and services.
The site was built to incorporate KC3.net's simple Content Management System acmsLite providing Boss staff with a simple to use system to keep the site maintained and up dated.
